Eben van der Merwe
Principal Occupational Therapist and founder of Mackay Therapy Services.
Graduating at James Cook University Townsville with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2012, he is an Accredited Hand Therapist with AHTA and a member of Occupational Therapy Australia.
Eben has been working as an OT for 12 years both in Government and private practice. His experience includes complex upper limb therapy and rehabilitation, home visits, home modification, equipment prescription and working in aged care.
Eben focuses on providing a high level of care. He is outcome driven and works to ensure the best possible results are achieved for his clients.

When not working, Eben can be found spending time with family, surfing or maybe running a marathon or two.

Blaire graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2012 at JCU Townsville and has worked across both Government and private practice.
Blaire’s experience and interest areas include; rehabilitation, neurological disorders, aged care, cognitive therapy and NDIS.
As a local Mackay girl, Blaire is dedicated to providing a high standard of health care to the region with access to good quality services being her fundamental goal.
In her down time Blaire enjoys cooking, spending quality time with family and friends and travelling.
